They have upheld justice in the decisive match more than anyone else – 4 times each.
Vusal Aliyev and Khagani Mammadov officiated 3 finals, while Tahir Suleymanov and Inqilab Mammadov officiated 2 finals. The other 12 referees served as head referees in the final once each. These are Gulaga Cabarov, Orujali Durmushov, Nuvar Khasiyev, Asim Khudiyev, Mahammad Mammadov, Imankhan Sultani, Manuel Grafe (Germany), Elchin Mammadov, Rahim Hasanov, Rauf Jabbarov, Elchin Masiyev and Ravan Hamzazade.
