Two more participants in the league phase of the UEFA Champions League for the 2026/27 season have been determined. Sport24.az reports that "RB Leipzig", which secured 3rd place in the German Bundesliga, and "Galatasaray", the champion of Turkey, have qualified for the tournament.
Currently, the 16 clubs whose participation in the Champions League league phase has been confirmed are:
"Arsenal", "Manchester City", "Manchester United", "Inter", "Barcelona", "Real Madrid", "Villarreal", "Atletico Madrid", "Bayern Munich", Borussia Dortmund, "RB Leipzig", PSG, "Lens", PSV, "Porto" and "Galatasaray".
It should be noted that a total of 36 teams will participate in the Champions League league phase. The owners of 7 more spots will be determined in the qualifying round.
