Winning the "IV Womens Chess Championship" international tournament held in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, makes Azerbaijani chess player Ulviyya Fataliyeva happy.
The chess player, who also won the Azerbaijani championship last month, noted that 10 chess players from 8 countries participated in the tournament.
"I scored 6.5 points in 9 rounds. There were very strong opponents in the competition. I am happy to show such a result in such a tournament," she said in a statement to report.az.
U. Fataliyeva also spoke about her future goals:
"I hope that such achievements will be sustainable. We will try our best to show good results in the next competitions as well".
