The "Chess Tour Azerbaijan" project, initiated by the Azerbaijan Chess Federation (ACF), continues with the "Lankaran Open" festival.
According to the ACF press service, the opening ceremony of the competition was held today in Lankaran.
The tournament is represented by 4 countries. 38 chess players are participating in group A, and 140 in group B.
It should be noted that the "Lankaran Open" will consist of nine rounds according to the Swiss system and will end on July 13. A rapid and blitz tournament will also be organized within the framework of the festival.
