Current world champion in three weight divisions in boxing, undefeated American boxer Gervonta Davis was detained by police while leaving a store in Florida. Sport24.az reports that the "BoxingScene" portal reported this.
The arrest warrant for Davis was issued in mid-January this year. The boxer is accused of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend. The incident occurred on October 27, 2025, after which his girlfriend filed a lawsuit against Gervonta.
It should be noted that Davis had his last fight on March 1, 2025. His fight with Lamont Roach ended in a draw.
