A winter seminar in the "Kyokushin (Kay) Senshi Karate" style was held at the Border Guard Sports Center under the leadership of the Azerbaijan Karate Federation.

It was reported that the seminar was attended by about 300 athletes and about 50 coaches and teachers representing different regions of the country. During the event, the technical and tactical features of the style in question, the rules for performing combat techniques, as well as modern methodological approaches applied during practical exercises were explained in detail to the participants.
Belt exams were also organized at the end of the seminar. According to the results, a total of about 100 athletes managed to increase their kyu degree. At the same time, 1 person took the exam for the 1st dan black belt, and 1 person took the exam for the 3rd dan black belt.
It should be noted that the main purpose of the seminar is to further develop the sport of karate in the country, to increase the knowledge and skills of athletes and coaches, as well as to improve the level of training in accordance with international standards.
