The fight will take place on May 23 at the Giza Pyramids complex.
Usyk last fought in July, knocking out Daniel Dubois in the fifth round. His professional record is 24-0.
Verhoeven relinquished the "Glory" heavyweight title in November. He had held the title since 2014.
