38-year-old undefeated Ukrainian heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk, holding the WBC, IBF, WBA Super, IBO and The Ring titles, spoke about his future plans.
According to Idman.Biz, he expressed his desire to fight Deontay Wilder.
"I will fight next year. I want to fight the 'Bronze Bomber'," Usyk said in a video posted on his social media page.
In his last fight, which took place on July 20 at Wembley Stadium in London, Usyk shared the ring with Briton Daniel Dubois. Usyk won by knockout in the fifth round. This was a rematch for the boxers and was a fight for the title of undisputed world heavyweight champion.
Usyk has 24 victories in the professional ring, 15 of which are early victories. He has no defeats. Oleksandr made his professional debut in November 2013.
