Russian mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Umar Nurmagomedov defeated Brazilian Deiveson Figueiredo at the UFC 324 tournament held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Lent.az reports that the fight, which took place in the bantamweight division, ended with Nurmagomedov winning by unanimous decision.
The 30-year-old Nurmagomedov now has 20 wins and 1 loss in his MMA career. The 38-year-old Figueiredo has 25 wins, 6 losses, and 1 draw.
The Brazilian athlete was previously the UFC flyweight champion.
