UFC fighter loses consciousness after weigh-in and is hospitalized - VIDEO

UFC lightweight fighter Kameron Smotherman lost consciousness after the weigh-in before his fight against Ricky Turcios at the "UFC 324" tournament held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

İdman.Biz reports that Kameron unexpectedly lost consciousness and collapsed on stage after the weigh-in. The UFC team took him away, and he was later hospitalized.

It is unknown whether the league will seek another fighter to replace Smotherman in order to continue the fight. The fight is likely to be canceled or rescheduled.
