Influential American sports journalist Dan Rafael reports that a boxing match between 59-year-old Mike Tyson, a member of the American Boxing Hall of Fame, and 49-year-old former five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather may not take place on April 25.
Idman.Biz reports that the match was supposed to take place in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
"There's been a lot of talk about the Mike Tyson vs. Floyd Mayweather fight taking place in Congo on April 25, but according to a source familiar with the plans, the fight will not take place on that date. It will be scheduled for a later date and while it could still take place in Congo, the location has not yet been determined," Rafael wrote on his social media page.
