Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos will make his boxing debut against blogger Andrew Tate.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the fight will take place on August 22 in Qatar.
Andrew Tate is a blogger and former kickboxer who opened online courses after ending his sports career and gained popularity as an influential influencer.
The fight will take place in the 85 kg weight category and will not exceed six three-minute rounds. The fight is organized by the sports promotion company Misfits Boxing.
Ramos played 671 games for Real Madrid, scored 101 goals and made 40 assists. He won 22 titles with the Spanish club. After Real, he played for PSG, Sevilla and Monterrey.
Earlier, it was reported that Ramos and the Five Eleven Capital investment group had reached an agreement to buy the Sevilla club. The total value of the deal for the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares is estimated at 400-450 million euros.
