A seminar for boxing coaches has started in Baku.

The training, organized at the Boxing Center, is led by Adam Kusior, the author of an international boxing textbook and an experienced Polish specialist.
He will hold a seminar for coaches on new changes in the rules, their application, and further improvement of training processes in textbooks. It will consist of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the end, coach-teachers will take an exam.
Before the training, the Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Boxing Federation, Naghi Safarov, spoke to the participants about the importance of the seminar. He stated that the main goal is to further increase the knowledge of coaches operating in our country and to integrate them into the international environment:
"The goal is to be at the forefront of boxing, refereeing and coaching".
Adam Kusior highly appreciated the development of boxing in Azerbaijan in recent years. He noted that he held a seminar in Baku 2 years ago and that there are enough coaches with high potential in our country:
"I believe that the specialists participating in today's seminar will soon show themselves in a good way and will greatly benefit the national teams with the results of their students".
The seminar, attended by about 30 coaches, will end on January 18. Certificates will be presented to the participants who successfully pass the exam.
