Today, the zonal championship among schoolboy male boxers (U-15) will start in Lankaran.
İdman.Biz reports that the Azerbaijan Boxing Federation has released information about this.
It was reported that the first competition of the year, which will be organized to promote and develop boxing in cities, regions, towns and villages, and to identify promising athletes, will be held at the Lankaran Olympic Sports Complex.
200 boxers from 38 teams will test their strength in the four-day competition. Athletes who will compete in 18 weight categories will qualify for the final stage of the championship, which will be held in Shamakhi.
It should be noted that the next zonal championship will be held in Sheki.
