Here, he knocked out the local champion, a Khmer boxing superstar, in the first round and won the World Championship belt.
It should be noted that Khmer boxing (Kun Khmer) is a traditional Cambodian martial art with millennia of history. This sport is considered one of the oldest martial arts styles formed in Southeast Asia and is mainly based on punches, elbows, knees and kicks.
