Former UFC champion Ronda Rousey has stated that her fight with Gina Carano on May 17 will not be just an ordinary event.
Idman.Biz reports that Rousey called the fight a clash between MVP and UFC.
"This is not just about this fight. This is MVP versus the UFC, and I'm going to fight very seriously. They are suffering from a lack of competition. They can't settle collective claims every two years - that's the price of doing business. So I'm really trying to help Dana [White]. If anyone is willing to be his apprentice, it's me. I think I'll be his favorite fighter ever," Rousey was quoted as saying by "Post Wrestling."
