Our boxers returning from the World Championship in Dubai were welcomed

Azerbaijani boxers who participated in the World Championship held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have returned to their homeland.

Idman.Biz reports that they were welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by sports enthusiasts, relatives, and public representatives.

In the tournament, Subhan Mammadov (48 kg) won gold, Alfonso Dominguez (92 kg) and Muhammad Abdullayev (+92 kg) won bronze medals.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan was represented in the competition by 11 boxers.
