Tomorrow, MMA fighters from Azerbaijan and France will face off at the "UFC 323" tournament in Las Vegas, USA.
Idman.Biz reports that Azerbaijani athlete Nazim Sadygov will also fight in the tournament.
His opponent will be French Fares Ziam.
It should be noted that Fares Ziam last entered the octagon in February of this year. Nazim Sadygov fought twice in 2025 - he knocked out Brazilian Ismayel Bonfim in February, and in June he defeated another Brazilian, Nikolos Motan, ahead of schedule in Baku. He has won 11 of his 13 MMA matches.
UFC 323 will also feature two title fights. Merab Dvalishvili will try to defend his championship belt for the fourth time this year and will face Petr Yan for this purpose. This will be their second duel. Merab defeated his opponent in the first meeting.
In the other title fight, Alesandre Pantoja will try to defend his belt by fighting Joshua Van.
