Mahammadali Ashuraliyev Started World Championship with Victory

Azerbaijani boxer Mahammadali Ashuraliyev (60 kg) started the World Championship held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with a victory. Sport24.az reports that he faced Wisdom Barnor (Sierra Leone) in the 1/32 finals.

 

The boxer won the fight with a score of 5:0 (30:27, 30:27, 30:27, 30:27, 30:27). Ashuraliyev, who won his debut at the World Championship, will face Mrema (Tanzania), who is exempt from the first stage, in the next match.

 

It should be noted that our national team went to the World Championship with 11 boxers.
