Former Bellator welterweight champion Ramazan Kuramagomedov has stated who he believes is the most interesting opponent for current UFC lightweight titleholder Islam Makhachev.
Idman.Biz reports that, according to Kuramagomedov, the most compelling challenge for Makhachev is a potential fight with Kamaru Usman.
"For me, the most interesting thing is to see him fight Usman. Kamaru has a big name, he is one of the strongest fighters in the history of this weight class. If Islam defeats him, he will also solidify his legacy at 77 kg," said the former champion.
It should be noted that Ramazan Kuramagomedov will hold his next fight on February 7 as part of the PFL Champions Series 5 tournament. His opponent will be his compatriot Shamil Musaev.
Kuramagomedov has won 13 victories in his professional career, eight of which ended prematurely. He has no defeats on his record.
