An unexpected incident occurred during a boxing night at New York's famous Madison Square Garden arena in a heavyweight match between Kingsley Ibeh and Jarrell Miller. Despite the defeat, Miller's fight was remembered more for a unique moment.
İdman.Biz reports that in the second round, as a result of a right uppercut delivered by Ibeh, the hairpiece on Miller's head, that is, the wig, came off and spun backwards. This moment caused laughter among the shocked spectators in the arena. Miller threw the wig, removed by his supporter between rounds, into the stands and continued the fight.
Nevertheless, Miller won the match by split decision - two votes from the judges. Later, Miller responded humorously to the incident in an interview, saying, "A few days before the fight, I wanted to wash my hair at my mother's house. I mistakenly used some household chemical instead of shampoo."
