Khamzat Chimaev claims Pereira doesn't want to fight him

Khamzat Chimaev, the undefeated UFC middleweight champion representing the UAE, spoke about a potential fight with Brazilian Alex Pereira, the UFC light heavyweight champion.

Idman.Biz reports that Khamzat Chimaev became the 16th fighter in the history of the North American league to be an undefeated professional champion.

"Fight with Pereira? I'm ready, but he doesn't want it," Chimaev said.

The Chechen-born fighter has 15 victories, 12 of which were won early. He has been participating in professional competitions since 2018.
