Legendary UFC figure Khabib Nurmagomedov has expressed his opinion on Xabi Alonso's departure from Real Madrid and has clearly stated who is responsible.
Idman.Biz reports that Nurmagomedov stated that he considers the Spanish specialist one of the best coaches of our time and emphasized that the reason for the failure is not the coach, but the structure of the team.
According to him, Alonso is one of the three best coaches of our time, and if the team cannot succeed with him, then you need to change the players, not the coach:
"There is currently no coach who can solve the internal problems of the team in Real Madrid alone. The main problem is the presence of unstable and undisciplined players. Whether in the gym or on the field - it doesn't matter whether you are a fighter or not - system and discipline are more important than anything. The head coach is responsible, but if an environment has been created in the team where no one follows his instructions, this already indicates that you are on the wrong path."
