American Max Holloway, the holder of the BMF title, said that if he is offered a title shot, he would prefer to fight Irishman Conor McGregor.
Idman.Biz reports that Holloway faced his compatriot Dustin Poirier in his last fight at UFC 318 on July 20. The fight lasted a full five rounds and ended with Holloway's victory by unanimous decision.
"I feel like no matter what, I'm going to get my chance to fight for the title. When the opportunity arises, you have to fight for the money. Both fights are money fights, but McGregor is McGregor. You'd have to be completely stupid not to accept the call. I want to avenge everyone who has defeated me. I've never had such an opportunity with Conor. So it would be fun if I could get revenge," Bloody Elbow quotes Holloway.
