UFC President Dana White commented on former champion Francis Ngannou's departure from PFL.
According to Idman.Biz, White admitted that he does not want to work with fighters he does not like.
"Nothing made me happier than rejecting that guy (Francis Ngannou - ed.) to the PFL. We regret the promotions that hire fighters after we fire them.
We fire them for a reason. I don't want to deal with guys I don't like," White said on The MacLife.
Ngannou previously stated that he would terminate his contract with PFL before a UFC event planned at the White House in the summer of 2026.
Francis Ngannou left the organization in January 2023 due to disagreements over a new contract. He then signed a contract with PFL, which allowed him to have two boxing matches against Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
