UFC President and CEO Dana White has stated that political views should not be a reason for fans to abandon sports.

"Just be yourself. You don't have to agree with me, you don't have to like me, and I don't have to agree with you, but we can still just get along. That's how it should be," - "CBS News" quoted White as saying.
White has taken the stage at Republican National Conventions and taken a clear position at Trump's second inauguration.
The official's long-standing friendship with Trump helped organize a historic UFC event on the South Lawn of the White House on June 14. The event will be part of the US celebrating its 250th anniversary. White confirmed that he discussed the event with the President and worked with Ivanka Trump on the details.
