According to the influential "Variety" publication, Canadian director Tomas Soto will shoot a biographical film about former UFC welterweight and middleweight champion Georges St-Pierre.
İdman.Biz reports that the project is currently in the development stage, and the release date and the actor for the main role have not yet been announced.
The film will depict Sen-Pierre's journey from the small Quebec town of Saint-Isidore to the top of the UFC.
"When I found this team, it became clear that we want to do it in a new, creative way," Variety magazine quoted Sen-Pierre as saying.
The Canadian veteran fighter is currently 44 years old. Sen-Pierre last fought in November 2017, defeating British fighter Michael Bisping. Sen-Pierre has 28 MMA fights, 26 of which resulted in victory (including eight knockouts), and two in defeat.
