Azerbaijani boxers have completed the U-17 European Championship held in Keinbaum, Germany with four medals.

It was reported that Gular Huseynova (48 kg) faced Asmin Cabas (Turkey) in the final.
The winner of the CIS Games also finished the European Championship with a title. She defeated her opponent with a score of 5:0 (29:26, 29:26, 30:25, 30:25, 28:27), becoming the champion and playing the Azerbaijani anthem in Germany.
Gardash Rahimov (46 kg) continued his teammate's success. Following the CIS Games, he climbed to the highest step of the podium at the European Championship. Our boxer won the decisive match against Birham-Pasa Iuseima (Romania) with a score of 3:2 (29:28, 30:27, 30:27, 27:30, 28:29), winning a gold medal.
Other members of our national team, Shahin Aslanov (60 kg) and Shukar Aliyev (75 kg), won silver medals at the European Championship.
