The 5th World Kyokushin Karate Championship is being held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, organized by the World Kyokushin Federation.
According to İdman.Biz, referring to the press service of the Azerbaijan Karate Federation, the Azerbaijani team is represented by a delegation of 20 people, including 16 athletes, 2 referees, 1 head coach, and 1 country representative.
The national team is led by Gabil Sayadov, Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Karate Federation, and Rza Mustafayev, representative of the KWF. Athletes will worthily represent the Azerbaijani flag in individual and team competitions, and will strive to strengthen our country's position in karate.
The championship will last until December 14.
