İdman.Biz reports with reference to sports.kz that in a fight that took place in Bangkok (Thailand), he faced Turkish Kenan Gozel. Armanuly knocked out his opponent heavily, delivering one of the most memorable punches of 2026.

Thanks to this victory, the Kazakh athlete won the vacant WBA Asia title. Kenan Gozel faced the first defeat in his professional career.
