"Sumqayıt" basketball club has strengthened its roster with a player. Sport24.az reports that the "chemists" have signed Rustam Aliyev.
A contract has been signed with a 96 cm tall basketball player that will cover the 2026/2027 season.
Previously, Rustam Aliyev, who enjoyed two consecutive championships with "Sabah", also played for the "Ordu" and "LANDAU Lions" clubs.
It should be noted that he has also appeared in the U‑18 and senior national team squads.
