The Azerbaijani national women's 3x3 basketball team has started competing at the European Championship.
Idman.Biz reports that in the tournament held in Antwerp, Belgium, our team lost to the Netherlands 12-21 in the first group match.
In its second meeting, our squad faced the Ukrainian selection and defeated its opponent 20-7.
After this victory, our team's chances of reaching the quarter‑finals have increased.
Our final group position will be known after the Netherlands – Ukraine match, which will take place at 22:45.
