The U-23 European Wrestling Championship continues today in Zrenjanin, Serbia.
Idman.Biz reports that on the second day of the competition, Azerbaijani representatives will join the fight in five more weight categories in freestyle wrestling.
Ceyhun Allahverdiyev (61 kg), Aganazar Novruzov (74 kg), Vasif Khudiyev (86 kg), Ali Tsokayev (92 kg) and Yusif Dursunov (125 kg) will have their first matches.
Also today, Vasif Bagirov (57 kg) and Sabuhi Amiraslanov (79 kg) will compete in the finals, while Musa Agayev (65 kg) and Zafar Aliyev (97 kg) will wrestle for a bronze medal. Ramik Heybatov (70 kg) will compete in a consolation match.
It should be noted that the U-23 European Championship will last until March 15.
