Idman.Biz reports from Albania that this was stated by freestyle wrestler Turan Bayramov after winning a silver medal at the European Wrestling Championship.
According to him, his opponent in the final, Taymuraz Salkazanov, was an unfavorable opponent for him because their wrestling styles differ:
"I made tactical mistakes in the final match, and after the score became 3:0, all my plans were ruined."
Bayramov emphasized that he will do his best to make this medal gold next time.
The athlete also spoke about the competition in the 74 kg weight category:
"Everyone knows that the 74 kg weight is the strongest category in the world in freestyle wrestling, just like in Greco-Roman wrestling at 77 kg. It is very difficult to wrestle here. Every medal is very valuable and it is not easy to win it."
