The U-17 European Championship continues in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia.
İdman.biz reports that the final winners in Greco-Roman wrestling have been determined on the 3rd day of the continental championship.
Three wrestlers from the Azerbaijani national team competed for medals. Two of them took places on the podium.

Abdurrahman Huseynli faced Saba Abashidze (Georgia) in the final. Our wrestler won with a score of 9:0 and won the gold medal.

Elshad Abbasov, who lost in the semi-final, wrestled for the bronze medal. His opponent was Keve Kovacs from Hungary. The match ended with a 3:1 victory for the opponent.
6️0️ kg
Ali Nazarov competed with Hayk Manukyan (Armenia) in the decisive match. Our wrestler, who lost in the final with a score of 3:11, was content with silver.
It should be noted that Rihad Ibrahimli won gold, and Gurban Majnunov (48 kg) and Nijat Yeylagaliyev (80 kg) won bronze medals on the first day of the competition.
