The Azerbaijan women's national volleyball team, which is preparing for the European Championship, played two friendly matches in Baku. According to the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation, Faiq Garayev's team met with the Latvian national team, which is on a training camp in the country.
The Azerbaijani team won both matches (3:2, 3:0). The leadership of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation also watched these matches, which took place at the Volleyball Center of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Note that our team, which is in group C, will face the teams of Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, and Spain. The games of this group will be held at the National Gymnastics Arena from August 21 to 28.
