British tennis player Tara Moore has been banned for 4 years for violating anti-doping rules.
İdman.biz reports that the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has upheld the decision of the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA).
In April 2022, a prohibited substance was found in Moore's blood. Tara, who was temporarily suspended from competition in May of that year, was acquitted in December 2023. She stated that she had eaten expired meat a few days before the test was taken. However, the International Tennis Integrity Agency requested the Court of Arbitration for Sport to disqualify the athlete, and this was confirmed.
It should be noted that Moore is 32 years old and has not been remembered for any significant achievements during her career.
