Four-time "Grand Slam" champion and world number one, Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenka, has assessed the 2025 season.
Idman.Biz reports that the tennis player noted that the experience of defeat helps to improve her game.
"There is no victory without difficult defeats. Everything is in balance. The most important thing is how you recover, what lessons you learn and how open you are to change.
I am proud of the season. It wasn't easy, but I never stopped working. I always thought, "what else can I improve?" We discussed this a lot with my team. And everything paid off.
Yes, there were finals where I missed opportunities, but that's also part of the journey. I had to learn something to come back stronger," Sabalenka said.
