Table tennis player Onur Guluzade has won the award of the "WTT Youth Contender" tournament held in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Idman.biz reports that he won confident victories over local athlete Nidal Basic and German Paul Flemming in the group stage.
Onur defeated Romanian representative Raul Creuchu in the 1/8 finals, followed by German athlete Tien Nhia Pong, and advanced to the semifinals. In the match for reaching the final, Onur Guluzade, who lost 2:3 to another German opponent, Lukas Vanga, was awarded the bronze medal of the competition.
