Onur Quluzade, a member of the Azerbaijani boys' table tennis team, believes they will take first place at the III CIS Games.
According to Idman.biz, referring to AZERTAC, the athlete said this in a statement to journalists after the semi-final of the team competition.
He said the opponent in the final would be stronger:
"The competition is going well. My opponent from Uzbekistan was good. But tomorrow in the final I will face a stronger opponent, a Russian tennis player. I believe we will take first place."
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani boys' table tennis team defeated Uzbekistan 2:0 in the semi-finals and advanced to the final. The team will face Russia in the decisive match.
