Russian former tennis player Maria Sharapova has put her Manhattan Beach, USA home on sale for $24.995 million.
"Report" reports, citing "Wall Street Journal", that the 38-year-old athlete decided to sell her California property because she plans to spend more time in Europe.
The house, which has ocean views but no tennis court, is located approximately 32 km southwest of downtown Los Angeles. To ensure privacy, the estate has been landscaped in a Japanese style and the walls are covered with plants.
It should be noted that M. Sharapova is a five-time winner of the "Grand Slam" tournaments.
