Elvin Hashimov started the Universiade with a victory in the 1/32 finals

Azerbaijani tennis player Elvin Hashimov started the World Summer Universiade held in the Rhine-Ruhr region of Germany with a victory.

Idman.biz's employee, who was sent to Germany, reports that our representative faced Zambian Nakalanga Hamayangwe in the 1/32 finals.

The match ended with Hashimov's 2:1 victory.

It should be noted that the Universiade will end on July 27.
