Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev has caused a scandal and insulted the referee at the US Open.
According to "Report", the incident occurred in the first round match against Frenchman Benjamin Bonzi.
Towards the end of the match, an incident occurred between the Russian athlete and referee Greg Allensworth. Medvedev addressed the official, saying, "You are a man, why are you shaking, do you want to go home?"
The tennis player did not stop there and turned to the camera, saying, "Guys, he wants to go home. He gets paid for the match, not for the time."
It should be noted that Daniil Medvedev lost to his opponent with a score of 2:3.
