Azerbaijani national tennis team has won another victory at the "Davis Cup" tournament held in Tirana, the capital of Albania.
"Report" informs that the national team consisting of Tamerlan Azizov, Kanan Gasimov and Elvin Hashimov, representing our country in the competition, advanced to the play-off stage of the tournament.
Tamerlan Azizov surpassed Filippo Tommesani, and Kanan Gasimov surpassed Marco De Rossi.
After 2 rounds, the Azerbaijani national team advanced to the play-off as the 1st in the group with the maximum score in the team standings.
It should be noted that the national team won against Andorra in the first round.
