"Abbas Huseynov is still training with the reserve team of "Qarabağ". This was stated by the head coach of "Qarabağ-2" Maksim Medvedev in an interview with Sport24.az.
The expert spoke about the fate of the flank defender in the club:
"We have already entered the active phase of the training. I hope that in the near future I will give Abbas a chance to regain his playing practice in friendly matches".
Maksim also spoke about the possibility of Huseynov returning to the main team:
"The possibility of returning to the main team? It is difficult to answer this question. Now all thoughts are on the European cups. After a certain period of time, I can say something".
Note that Abbas Huseynov was removed from the main team for violating discipline.
