"Qarabag" player Marko Yankovic has received a call-up to the Montenegro national team and will play two matches against Armenia in the UEFA Nations League 2026/27 season.
İdman.Biz reports that Montenegro head coach Mirko Vučinić has included the 31‑year‑old player in the 26‑man squad announced for the upcoming international cycle.
The first match against Armenia will be played on September 28 in Yerevan. The return fixture will take place on October 5 in Podgorica.
Overall, Montenegro will play four matches in the upcoming cycle. The team will host Cyprus on September 25, travel to face Armenia on September 28, visit Latvia on October 2, and meet the Armenian side at home on October 5.
Montenegro will begin preparations for the Nations League matches on September 20.
