Uruguayan cyclist Guillermo Tomas Silva has won the second stage of the "Giro d'Italia". He covered the distance of 221 km in 5 hours, 39 minutes and 25 seconds.
Idman.Biz reports that German Florian Stork took second place, and Giulio Ciccone completed the top three.
The day before, Pol Magny won the first stage of the Giro d'Italia.
"Giro d'Italia" is held for the 109th time. It lasts from May 8 to 31. The first stage started in Nessebar, Bulgaria and ended in Burgas, from where the athletes will go to Veliko Tarnovo for the second stage. A total of 3459 km will be covered in 21 stages.
