The European Para Taekwondo Championships continue in Munich, Germany. Sport24.az reports that Imamaddin Khalilov, competing in the 70 kg weight category in the K44 category on the third day of the continental championship, advanced to the final after defeating Polish Labedzki Przemyslaw in the 1/4 finals and Georgian Giorgi Nikoladze in the semifinals.
In the final, I. Khalilov, who lost to Turkish Yusuf Yunaçtı, won the silver medal of the European Championship for the second time in his career.
It should be noted that earlier our parataekwondo player Sabir Zeynalov (58 kg) was awarded a silver medal at the continental championship.
