Azerbaijan has secured another bronze medal at the III CIS Games.
According to information from a "Report" employee dispatched to the competition, this is due to the fact that country representatives Mirkhatai Mammadov and Vahab Fatullayev, competing in the épée category, will face each other in the 1/4 finals.
Since one of the two fencers will advance to the semi-finals, Azerbaijan has secured another medal.
Another fencer, Misirzade Oruj, will face Nurmuhammad Muminov (Uzbekistan) on the way to the semi-finals.
