The Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF) consistently implements a certification program to ensure the professional development of judo coaches in the country and to adapt their knowledge and skills to modern standards.
Idman.Biz reports that the Azerbaijan Judo Federation has released information on this matter.
It was reported that the practical skills assessment phase has been launched for 30 coaches who have completed the third-level coaching preparation within the program.
The evaluation process aims to determine not only the theoretical knowledge of the coaches, but also the methodological approaches they apply in real training conditions, the level of technical and tactical training, and management skills. The practical assessment is led by Richard Trautman, performance director of the national teams, and the process is carried out using a methodology based on international experience.
It should be noted that the certification program is aimed at strengthening the coaching institute in the country, stimulating the professional development of specialists, as well as ensuring the long-term and sustainable success of Azerbaijani judo.
